Smithing

Thora Plonk, better known as the Rogue Smith of Silverveil, was a female Snowy owl, or Bubo scandiaca (formerly known as Nyctea scandiaca), sister of the famous Brunwella Plonk, singer of the Great Ga'Hoole tree. She was a rogue smith, the only one in the owl kingdoms who used silver in her craftings. She was murdered by the Pure One leader, Nyra, so that she could disguise herself as a smith to get hold of some paintings of eyes from Trader Mags for the MacHeaths.

Lone Wolf

Thora Plonk was the adoptive aunt of Gwynneth, and was good friend with Gwyndor before she died. She taught Gwynneth the art of Smithing, and was like a mother to Gwynneth.

Frost Wolf

She appeared as a scroom to Gwynneth and particularly said the word "disturbed", referring to Gwyndor's hero mark.
