Feature Abban is a wolf pup born to Heep and Caila in the Outermost. His mother was saved by Heep while she participated in the Skaars Dancing. Caila ran away with Abban after his mother recovered her memories, and he joins Faolan's traveling group to the Distant Blue. While traveling, he falls into the ocean and comes back speaking only in riddles. He develops a deep connection to the sea cratures after.
